By accessing or using the Get A Fractional website ("Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CBEG GROUP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Get A Fractional. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Get A Fractional is an online directory platform that connects businesses with fractional executives — experienced C-suite professionals who provide leadership services on a part-time, project-based, or interim basis. Our Service includes:
Get A Fractional is a directory and marketing platform only. We do not act as an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, or broker. We do not guarantee any engagement, employment, or business relationship between users. All arrangements between businesses and executives are made independently and at the sole discretion of the parties involved.
To create a listing on Get A Fractional, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You represent and warrant that all information provided in your listing is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. This includes your name, professional title, biography, experience, specialties, and any claims about your qualifications or track record. Listings that contain false, deceptive, or materially misleading information may be removed without notice or refund.
You may not include in your listing or otherwise submit to the Service any content that:
We reserve the right to review, edit, refuse, or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, quality standards, or applicable law.
Get A Fractional offers multiple listing plans, including free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise specified. Prices for all plans are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at listings@getafractional.com within 14 days of the charge.
All content, design, graphics, logos, code, and materials on the Get A Fractional website (excluding user-submitted listing content) are the property of CBEG GROUP, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit in your listing. By submitting content to Get A Fractional, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service. This license terminates when your listing is removed from the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content, user profiles, or information provided by third parties through the Service. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications, experience, or suitability of any executive listed in our directory.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CBEG GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CBEG GROUP, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts as specified in Section 11.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
